This has been a happy home for 20 years.  The ease of living here is unparelled.  Its 5 minutes into the centre of  Solihull and all of its incredible facilities., It is 5 minutes onto the motorway the parks are beautiful and again 5 minutes away. There is so much space and flow in the house visitors never wanted to leave !! My Dad had a dream man cave double garage.  My mum loved her garden room  which opened up to the  very secluded large garden full of birds and squirrels in the oaks.  But the best thing is the sunset you see from the kitchen and upstairs balcony every night.  The family loved this house. We will be sad to see it go but give blessings to the next family who gets the pleasure of living here.
